The Westbrook Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold its 2022 Meeting for all homeowners on:

The meeting will be held to discuss the financial reports for the Association and to review the monthly reports provided by Chaparral Management Company.
Please note the meetings are held to conduct Association business. If you wish to be placed on the agenda of an upcoming meeting, please contact Tammi Norris at 281-500-7134 or mailto:tnorris@scsmgmt.com.
The Board will have a homeowner forum at the beginning of the meeting. Owners and/or topics are limited to no more than 5 minutes; if there are lengthy discussions, the Board reserves the right to place the matter on the agenda of an upcoming meeting.
During executive session, the Board may discuss pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, attorney-client communications, private matters concerning individual owners and other matters where affected parties request confidentiality.
